Agrarians from Ukraine started harvesting sunflower

In the Nikolaev, Kherson, Kiev, Khmelnytsky Zaporizhzhya, Odessa, Vinnytsia and Poltava oblasts, as of August 27, the collection of sunflower was started. When harvesting 17.0 c / ha, the first part was threshed from 53 thousand hectares - 91 thousand tons, which is 1% to the forecast. Expert Agro reports this, referring to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.9.9 million hectares (67%) threshed grain legumes and cereals. With a yield of 34.6 centner / hectare, 34.3 million tons of grain were harvested.Collected:

• at a yield of 34.7 centners / hectare of early leguminous and cereal crops 34.3 million tons from 9.9 million hectares;
• at a yield of 12.5 c / ha of buckwheat from 8 thousand hectares (8%) 10 thousand tons;
• at a yield of millet 14.7 c / ha from 7 thousand hectares (13%) 10 thousand tons.

Also, the collection of technical crops continues:at a soybean yield of 24.9 c / ha from 7 thousand hectares (less than 1%), 16 thousand tons were harvested;with a rape crop of 26.1 c / ha from 1 million ha (99%) harvested 2.7 million tonnes.Most of the grain was threshed in such areas as Zaporizhzhya (2.0 million tons), Nikolaevskaya (2.1 million tons), Vinnytsia (2.2 million tons), Dnepropetrovsk (2.2 million tons), Kharkiv (2, 3 million tons) and Odessa (3.6 million tons).The highest yield of leguminous and grain crops in Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsky regions.In parallel with harvesting, winter rape is sown. To date, 66% of the planned 888 thousand hectares have been sown (586 thousand ha).
