Experts argue that Ukraine has already fully exhausted duty-free quotas for the export of wheat, sugar, corn, barley. The quota for malt is used at 98%, and for butter and meat products by 50%.
Nikolai Pugachev added that negotiations are underway to increase quotas for the sale of domestic agricultural products. In July this year, an agreement was reached on additional benefits from the EU for three years. The treaty must enter into force from the autumn of this year or the maximum from the winter of the next 2018.
