The Verkhovna Rada did not refund traders with export VAT on oilseeds

According to the Interfax-Ukraine agency on May 22, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed Law No. 7403-d. According to him, the abolition of the export of crops such as canola and soybeans, VAT refunds, does not apply to agricultural enterprises that have themselves raised them on agricultural land.249 people's deputies voted for the adoption of the bill, on the basis of which amendments were made to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding taxation in the performance of export transactions.The bill regulates the implementation of the cancellation of VAT refunds on a temporary basis when exporting rapeseeds - from 2020 (January 1) to 2021 (December 31), soybean beans - from the current 2018 (September 1) to 2021 (December 31). Agricultural producers who export rapeseed and soybeans outside the country under the customs export regime do not apply to the situation described above.The schedule is described in draft No. 7403-d, registration of which was held on April 4. Its initiator was Nina Yuzhanina, chairman of the parliamentary committee on tax and customs policy.
